These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimpleInvoicePDF website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), available at simpleinvoicepdf.com.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SimpleInvoicePDF provides features that may include:

• Creating recurring invoice schedules.
• Tracking invoice payment status.
• Recording income and expenses.
• Viewing financial summaries and reports.

Certain features are available only with paid subscription plans.

Features, usage limits, and subscription pricing are displayed on our website and may change over time.

We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any commitments made to existing subscribers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

4. Free and Paid Plans

SimpleInvoicePDF offers free and paid subscription plans.

4.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan provides access to selected features with usage limitations.

The applicable limits are described on our Pricing page.

We may modify Free Plan limits or features, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.

The applicable subscription price, billing interval, included features, and limitations are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise specified during checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

By subscribing, you authorize the collection of recurring payments according to your selected plan.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the available subscription management process.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments for SimpleInvoicePDF subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.

Paddle acts as the seller of record for purchases processed through its checkout and handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, and related billing responsibilities.

During checkout, you may be required to accept Paddle's applicable buyer terms.

Payment methods, currencies, taxes, and final charges are displayed during checkout.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable checkout terms and authorize payment of the displayed amount.

SimpleInvoicePDF does not directly store your complete payment card details.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the subscription management options available in your account or through the cancellation mechanism provided by Paddle.

After cancellation:

• Automatic renewal will be disabled.
• Your paid subscription will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Your account may revert to the Free Plan when the paid period expires.
• Features and limits associated with the paid plan may become unavailable.

Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or stored invoice data.

If you experience difficulties canceling, contact our support team.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, applicable Paddle policies, and mandatory consumer protection laws.

Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SimpleInvoicePDF to:

• Create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful invoices.
• Facilitate money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal activities.
• Distribute malware or malicious content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Send unsolicited or unlawful commercial communications.
• Upload content that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including account suspension or termination.

9. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the information and documents you create or upload through SimpleInvoicePDF.

This may include:

• Invoice details.
• Customer information.
• Business information.
• Product and service descriptions.
• Financial records.
• Uploaded logos and other files.

We do not claim ownership of your invoices or business records.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you upload is lawful and accurate.

10. Financial and Tax Disclaimer

SimpleInvoicePDF is a software tool and does not provide legal, accounting, financial, or tax advice.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that invoices comply with applicable laws.
• Applying appropriate tax rates.
• Maintaining legally required financial records.
• Verifying invoice information.
• Determining whether generated documents satisfy local regulatory requirements.
• Reporting and paying applicable taxes.

We do not guarantee that any invoice template or generated document complies with the requirements of every jurisdiction.

You should consult a qualified professional when necessary.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Software updates.
• Infrastructure failures.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Limitation of Liability

This includes lost profits, business interruption, and loss of business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.

Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
